For many years, Dr. DH Parsons, the President and Founder of the Bliss-Parsons Institute, has studied many ancient practices of Holistic Health.  For over 45 years he has been a practitioner and teacher of Raja Yoga, as well as, Ayurvedic diet and nutrition.  Over those many years he has compacted and simplified the most important information for living a Holistic and healthy lifestyle into this stream-lined handbook he has titled: The Bliss-Parsons Institute Holistic Lifestyle Plan.
